Beetleball Steam Achievements
Thirty-nine overlay trophies. Ten confirmed store-highlight names. Eggs and hats are a different loop.
Beetleball ships with 39 Steam achievements. They live on the Steam overlay, the store page, and your profile. They are not Beetle Eggs, hat slots, wing trails, or shop codes. Crack eggs on the shop hub. Type the launch string on codes. This page is only the overlay list — and only the names Bugfight actually highlighted on the store.
Early Access launched 3 September 2026 on Steam app 2776270. The latest news post is still BEETLEBALL IS OUT NOW! There is no post-launch achievement patch on this wiki. Reviews at time of writing are Very Positive (95% of 93). Those figures describe reception. They do not unlock a 40th trophy.
You still play blue versus red. You still score only with a golden dungball built from five dung levels. An achievement that pops while you yoink a brown 1 is not a goal. Learn the sport on getting started and how to score before you treat the overlay as a second tutorial.
Overlay trophies, not shop eggs
Steam achievements pop through the overlay (Shift+Tab on desktop, or the in-client achievements panel). They track on your Steam profile. They do not:
- Grant Beetle Bucks
- Open a Beetle Egg
- Fill a hat slot
- Unlock Atlas, Bee, or any other class
- Redeem ILOVEBEETLEBALL
- Change Q, size, or headbutt numbers
Hats and eggs are the Next Fest cosmetic loop that survived into Early Access: play, earn Bucks and XP, buy eggs, roll Common through Mythical cosmetics. Quests and level-up rewards from launch feed that same inventory. Optional DLC (The Beetle Billionaire’s Deluxe Golden Scarab Supporter Pack) is a Steam store item, not an achievement. Do not hunt a hidden overlay box for a mythical iridescent skin.
If a guide tells you to “craft DODGE THIS in the shop,” it is mixing two systems. Shop UI is cosmetics. Overlay UI is trophies. Keep them apart.
The ten confirmed store-highlight names
Steam’s store highlight set shows ten achievement names. This wiki lists those ten. It will not invent the other 29. No fake descriptions, no made-up percentages, no guessed hidden conditions, no “community consensus” unlock that Bugfight has not printed. If the overlay shows a name that is not in this list, believe the overlay. Do not add it here until it is confirmed the same way these ten were.
Confirmed names, in the order the highlight set uses:
- DODGE THIS
- FIREWORKS!
- YOINK
- FASTEST DUNG IN THE WEST
- GOT YOUR BALL
- GOT YOUR BALLS
- ALL YOUR BALLS ARE BELONG TO US
- YOU DID IT
- GOOD JOB
- I’M PROUD OF YOU
Names are jokes. They are not patch notes. This page will not invent a required dodge count for DODGE THIS, a map that must display FIREWORKS!, a steal quota for YOINK, or a speed trial for FASTEST DUNG IN THE WEST. GOT YOUR BALL, GOT YOUR BALLS, and ALL YOUR BALLS ARE BELONG TO US read like a steal ladder. YOU DID IT, GOOD JOB, and I’M PROUD OF YOU read like a completion ladder. Reading is not confirmation. Play the game. Let Steam pop the toast. Come back here for the name list, not for a spreadsheet.
The exclamation mark on FIREWORKS! is part of the title. The Zero Wing riff on ALL YOUR BALLS ARE BELONG TO US is part of the title. Type them that way if you search the overlay. Do not “correct” them.
How to see them in Early Access
- Own and launch Beetleball from Steam (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Open the Steam overlay while the client is running, or open the game’s Steam page → Achievements.
- Compare the 39 slots to the ten names above. The other 29 exist. This wiki will not name them.
- Play matches. Achievements that care about dung, steals, or finishing a thing will not pop in the main menu.
You do not need a custom lobby to “enable” achievements. You do not need to type a code. You do not need a specific beetle unless the overlay itself says so — and this page will not guess that beetle. Atlas and Bee are launch classes on launch notes. They are not achievement keys.
Offline play is not a thing. Beetleball is online PvP. If Steam is in offline mode, do not expect overlay progress to sync until you are back online. This wiki will not invent a family-share exception.
What will not earn an overlay toast
Wearing a hat does not pop YOINK. Opening ten launch eggs does not pop YOU DID IT. Redeeming ILOVEBEETLEBALL (48 hours after 3 September 2026, in the in-game shop) dumps cosmetics, not trophies. Scoring a brown dungball does not pop anything useful because it does not score; gold is still five levels. A custom lobby win is still a match, but this page will not claim a specific mode is required.
PvP Fest bandanas and boxing gloves from the February 2026 5v5 LTM were placement cosmetics, not achievements. Next Fest mustaches are shop rolls. The March rainbow mustache is still a hat. Longhorn’s grappling hook is a class kit from the April demo, not a trophy. Keep event rewards, shop SKUs, and overlay names in three different mental folders.
How to hunt without wrecking your ranked night
If you care about the overlay, play the sport first. Merge to gold. Escort. Shoot the red net. Steal when the name YOINK is already the joke you are living. A night of custom Picnic with friends will show more of the ten names than a night of standing in the shop. If you want a clean classroom, finish getting started, then drill how to score until five-level gold is boring. Then let Steam surprise you.
Do not derank a 3v3 to “farm ALL YOUR BALLS.” The other five beetles in the lobby did not queue for that. If a toast pops mid-match, keep playing. The overlay will wait.
When Bugfight publishes the remaining 29 names or official descriptions, this page should grow. Until then, the honest list is ten highlight names, 39 total slots, overlay only, eggs elsewhere. Shop: tools. Codes: codes. Launch snapshot: Early Access launch.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Beetleball players.
How many Steam achievements does Beetleball have?
39. This page only lists the ten names from the store highlight set. It will not invent the other 29.
Are Steam achievements the same as Beetle Eggs?
No. Achievements are Steam overlay trophies. Eggs are shop lootboxes you buy with Beetle Bucks. Hats, trails, and skins come from eggs, not from DODGE THIS. See the shop hub.
Which achievement names are confirmed?
DODGE THIS, FIREWORKS!, YOINK, FASTEST DUNG IN THE WEST, GOT YOUR BALL, GOT YOUR BALLS, ALL YOUR BALLS ARE BELONG TO US, YOU DID IT, GOOD JOB, and I'M PROUD OF YOU.
Do achievements unlock classes or extra damage?
No. Classes unlock through play and quests in Early Access. Overlay toasts do not change Q. Launch context: launch notes.
Does the launch shop code grant achievements?
No. ILOVEBEETLEBALL granted 10 beetle eggs for 48 hours after 3 September 2026. That is cosmetics. Steps: codes.
